Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Manage all F&B fans group online including Meituan/Dianping by being taking care for any enquiries, comments, replies and issues to resolve relating to outlets.
·Coordinate with all channels to manage restaurant reservation, guest information and guest database to be further used when driving any promotion.
·Manage all F&B product and its promotion information in all online sales channels with competitive pricing, unique selling point and target sales.
·Responsible to work together with Chef and Manager to develop, formulate and execute monthly promotions in food & beverage department concerning restaurants, lounges,bars.
·Execute incentive plans for product and promotions including restaurant to ensure revenue is driven to meet and exceed the budget.
·Participate in weekly F&B Communications Meeting and maintain good communication with Marcom Manager and provide needed promotional brief in time as per requirement set forth.

·与所有渠道协调管理餐厅预订、客人信息和客人数据库,以便在推动任何促销活动时进一步使用。
·以有竞争力的价格、独特的卖点和销售目标管理所有在线销售渠道中的所有餐饮产品及其促销信息。
·负责与厨师和经理一起开发,制定和执行餐饮部门有关餐厅,休息室,酒吧的每月促销活动。
·执行包括餐厅在内的产品和促销活动的激励计划,以确保收入达到并超出预算。
·参加每周一次的餐饮沟通会议,并与营销经理保持良好的沟通,并根据规定及时提供所需的宣传简报。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
