Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
·Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
·Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
·Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
·Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
·Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
·Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
·当经理不在场时,负责人才的监督和管理指导,确保部门的正常运行。
·全力解决客人的投诉,并负责将所有投诉进行记录和跟进解决。
·负责监督现金操作和交接程序。
·填写部门营业收入报表。
·推动销售达到收益最大化。
·保持高水平的酒店产品和服务知识,以便向客人解释和介绍相关的服务设施。
·了解最新的酒店知识以提供给客人最新信息。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少2年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
