Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
·Responsible for the promotion and sales of Spa and Fitness center products, and assist the Spa and Fitness to complete the sales task;
Conduct various training based on operation needs , and protect the enthusiasm and motivation of employees;
·Market development, cooperation and export work;
·Handle guest proorities.
·负责水疗和健身中心各个项目产品的推广及销售工作，协助水疗和健身中心完成销售任务；
·根据公司需要对员工进行各种培训以提高工作水平，保护员工热情及动力；
·周边市场拓展、合作及外销工作；
·处理相关酒店健身中心的销售投诉事件等，维护酒店利益。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
·College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in the same position;
·Ability to expand the market and develop business;
·Understand hotel management, cost management and accounting. Be familiar with recreational facilities management; understand marketing and public relations knowledge.
·大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上；
·有拓展市场，发展业务的能力；
·掌握酒店基础管理知识，懂得成本管理与核算，熟悉康乐设施管理，了解市场营销学和公关知识。
