Fire Control Supervisor 消防主管

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· The position is responsible for assisting the Department Manager to do well the fire control inspection, the fire control equipment maintenance, fire control training and other fire protection work, maintain the hotel fire safety.
· Check the fire center work every day to prevent illegal operation.
· Check the fire alarm situation every day, check the alarm record and understand the result.
· Inspection of fire hazards is organized once a week, including fire extinguishing equipment, safe evacuation channels, safety indication signs, use of open fires, and storage of goods in public areas. And report hidden problems in the inspection department manager.
· The key departments are inspected once a month, including: distribution room, thermal engine room, elevator engine room, telephone switchboard, fire pump room. The contents of the inspection: the use of fire extinguishers, the implementation and implementation of the fire prevention system.
· Make the talents know fire prevention knowledge, firefighting knowledge, will alarm, will help rescue, will escape self-help. Train the general talent and the new talents in the fire department with the arrangement of T&C department.
· Cooperating Departments Manager, Revising and Signing Fire Safety Agreement with Permanent Residence Company, Contractor, Departments and Construction Unit.
· Do well in external liaison and cooperation. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of the state, and improve their working ability.
· 协助部门经理做好消防检查，消防设备维护保养，消防培训等消防工作，维护酒店消防安全。
· 每天对消防中心工作实行检查，杜绝违规操作。
· 每天对火灾报警情况进行检查，查看报警记录，了解处理结果。
· 每周组织一次对消防隐患的检查，检查包括：灭火器材、安全疏散通道、安全指示标志、动用明火情况、公共区域的物品存放情况。并将检查中存在的隐患报告部门经理。
· 每月对关键部门进行检查，检查的岗位的包括：配电室、热力机房、电梯机房、电话总机、消防水泵房。检查的内容：灭火器的配备使用情况，防火制度的落实及执行情况。
· 使全店上岗人才知晓防火常识、灭火常识、会报警、会协助救援、会逃生自救。在人才与文化部的安排下对全店人才和新入店人才进行消防常识的培训。
· 协作部门经理，每年根据需修改并签定与长住公司、承包单位、各部门、施工单位的消防安全协议书。
· 维护对外联络和协作关系。熟悉国家相应的法律法规，提高自身的工作能力。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· High School diploma.
· Hotel security head foreman for more than 3 years.
· Fire management certificate issued by fire station.
· The management certificate issued by the Public Security Bureau.
· 高中文凭。
· 酒店保安部领班职位3年以上。
· 消防局颁发的消防管理证书。
· 公安局颁发的管理证书。
