Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
·To assistant Manage the inventory of washing-up products and when stocks are expected to run out.
·Organizes the washing-up area and tidies crockery and equipment in the storage area to avoid breakages.
·Helps manage stocks of crockery and appliances, by informing his/her superior of any abnormal losses or breakages.
·Respects recommended doses of cleaning products, thereby helping keep costs under control.
·Cleans and tidies crockery and kitchen equipment.
·Ensures the kitchens are kept clean.
·协助管事部经理管理库存的洗涤产品,当产品快用尽的时候及时报告。
·规划好清洗区域,整理厨房设备防止损坏。
·帮助管理库存的瓷器和设备,如有任何非正常损失或损坏及时通知直属上级。
·按照清洁剂推荐使用剂量来使用,以帮助控制成本。
·清洗和维护厨房设备。
·确保厨房整洁。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
·2 years in industry experience, minimum 1 years as Asst. Chief Steward
·Working experience in 5 star hotel, resort hotel or business hotel
·大专或酒店或相关领域
·具有2年工作经验,至少要有1年的管事部副经理工作经验
·具有5星级及以上酒店、度假酒店、商务型酒店的工作经验
