Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·The Executive Housekeeper is responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest standard of room, laundry and public area cleanliness and appearance, guest service as well as engendering team spirit and motivation in all talents. The Executive Housekeeper must be fair and just in any talent disciplinary action as required.
·Conducts appraising functions as hiring, performance, counseling, suspending and dismissing talent if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity. Consult with section heads, Director of T&C or delegate as appropriate in performing these duties.
·Controls and arranges on an on-going basis, department costs to ensure performance against budget.
·Monitors and controls inventories for operating equipment, linen and uniforms to ensure par stock are maintained and costs are controlled.
·Conforms to and enforce policies and procedures & rules and regulations as laid down by ACCOR and the Hotel in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service.
·Through close supervision recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Department, especially concerning creating better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs.
·Keeps wages to a minimum whilst ensuring the highest possible level of service to the guests of the Hotel and highest level of productivity.

·指导心艺家(员工)评估机制;比如雇佣、奖励、忠告、暂缓及必要时解除职务,以确保适当的人员分配和高效率的工作。与部门主管、人文总监或与委派的适当人员协商以执行以上责任。
·在发展的基础上控制和安排部门成本以确保财政预算平衡。
·管理和控制经营设备、布草制服的储存数量的盘点,清楚成本的控制。
·严格遵守雅高集团的规章制度,以确保饭店高水准的服务。
·通过密切的监督增进和改善部门运行,特别关注建立良好的服务规范,以降低税收,减少成本。
·客房行政管家的主要责任在于以最少的代价换取尽可能高水平的服务和高效率。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Fluency in English and Putonghua (Mandarin Chinese)
·Minimum 5 years at least experience in hospitality industry in similar capacity.
·Supportive team player and with strong corporate sense.
·Familiar with FO and HSKP related system (i.e. Opera, etc.).
·Solving problem – adopting thorough and methodical approach.
·能够流利使用英语和普通话
·在酒店行业至少有5年的类似工作经验。
·具备支持性团队精神和强烈的企业意识。
·熟悉FO和HSKP相关系统(即Opera等)。
·解决问题 - 采用彻底和系统化的方法。
