Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·To ensure that all Food and Beverage forms and reports to be forwarded to the Area Food and Beverage Department are submitted properly.
·Check the hygiene of food area every day.
·Coordinate, organize, follow-up and participate in all HACCP administration pertaining to the kitchen and F&B.
·To establish good communication with the kitchen team and F&B team.
·Delegates work in a manner appropriate to skill levels and the abilities of Talents.
·Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.
·Follow guidelines in Corporate F&B standard manual for each outlet.
·确保所有转交给区域餐饮部门的表格和报告都按时递交。
·查看食品区域的卫生情况。
·协调,组织,落实和参与对厨房及餐饮部所有HACCP相关的管理。
·与厨房及餐饮部建立良好的沟通渠道。
·根据人才的能力和技能水平,以适当的方式分配工作。
·充分熟悉各个部门的消防及紧急预案程序。
·遵循每个餐厅的餐饮标准手册。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 3-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少3年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
