Laundry Supervisor 洗衣房主管

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
·Responsible for the normal operation of linen, staff uniforms and guest clothes washing and ironing.
·Responsible for the department staff training, business guidance and assessment.
·Supervise the work safety and health management, and actively advocate the environmental awareness of "green hotel".
·Supervise the staff to wipe and maintain washing equipment, and establish good working relationship with neighboring departments.
·Educate staff to comply with hotel rules and regulations and work procedures; Do a good job in the ideological work of employees.
·Master the performance of washing equipment, all kinds of textile goods and washing products, and achieve high efficiency and low consumption and control costs under the premise of ensuring quality.
·负责酒店的布草、员工制服和客衣的洗涤熨烫工作的正常运作。
·负责本部门员工的培训工作，进行业务指导及考核。
·监督安全生产及卫生管理工作，积极倡导“绿色酒店”环保意识。
·督导员工擦拭保养洗涤设备，与友邻部门建立良好的工作联系。
·教育员工遵守饭店各项规章制度和岗位工作规程；做好员工的思想工作。
·掌握洗烫设备、各类纺织物品和洗涤用品性能，在保证质量的前提下，做到高效低耗，控制成本。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Technical secondary school or above.
·At least 2 years working experience in laundry management.
·Familiar with the professional knowledge of the department, familiar with the use and maintenance of washing equipment, have a certain English foundation.
·Good health,professional training.
·中专以上学历。
·2年以上洗衣部管理工作经验。
·熟悉部门专业知识，熟悉洗涤设备的使用与保养，有一定英语基础。
·身体健康，受过专业培训。
