Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
·Be is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of whole Food & Beverage Department. To ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guest expectations. To achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, associates training and high associate morale.
·Comprehensively supervise the operation and management of the catering department, formulate and implement various plans for catering business.
·Formulate the fast food strategy and business goals for the catering industry, coordinate catering operations, analyze data and promote performance achievement.
·To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
·Maintains quality goals by following up, eye for detail, following reports and guest comments, Medium reports, mystery shoppers.
·负责整个餐饮部正常/有效的日常运作。确保对客服务及食物出品符合酒店的标准并力争满足及超越客人期望。树立部门奋斗目标,包括客人满意率,财务报告,人才培训及鼓舞人才工作士气等;
·全面督导餐饮部运营管理工作,制定并实施餐饮经营各项计划;
·制定餐饮版快战略与经营目标,统筹餐饮运营,分析数据并推动业绩达成;
·对于销售和成本方面,随时更新财务数据(预算与实际), 并确保销售额和利润最大化;
·维护并跟踪质量目标,关注细节,跟进报告和客人的评论、媒体报道、神秘者。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills.
·Min 10-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
·Associate degree or above.
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少10年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
