Restaurant Assistant Manager 全日制餐厅副经理

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
·Assist the manager in overseeing the western restaurant's daily operations, service supervision, team management and cost optimization, monitor service standards and food quality, handle customer feedback, implement safety regulations, and ensure the restaurant's efficient profitability and reputation enhancement.
·Maintain excellent level of customer service.
·Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
·Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
·Delegates work in a manner appropriate to skill levels and the abilities of Talents
·Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
·Ensure Hotel, Customer and Talent information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
·协助经理统筹西餐厅日常运营、服务管控、团队管理及成本优化，监督服务标准与菜品质量，处理客户反馈，落实安全规范，保障餐厅高效盈利与口碑提升
·保证对客优质服务水平。
·设定部门目标，工作计划，预算和规章制度。
·必要时协助其他部门，保证良好的工作关系。
·根据人才的能力和技能水平，以适当的方式分配工作。
·保持高水平的酒店产品和服务知识，以便向客人解释和介绍相关的服务设施。
·无论何时，都要确保酒店，客户和人才的信息或处理的保密性。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 5-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少5年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专（含）以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
