·Mainly responsible for cleaning up the dining area and the kitchen during the night shift, ensuring compliance with hotel hygiene standards.
·Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy, and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.
·Cleans and maintains crockery, equipment and the kitchens.
·Responsible for cleaning and organizing the tableware and kitchenware, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
·Responsible for providing the necessary supplies and equipment to the kitchen and dining area, and planning and equipping the tableware and items for events such as banquets.
·主要负责夜班餐饮区域、后厨卫生收尾,确保符合酒店卫生标准。
·始终遵守HACCP的规定,确保工作场所保持干净整洁和消耗品安全;
·清洗和维护保养厨房设备;
·负责餐具、厨具的清洗与整理,保持工作区域整洁及卫生;
·负责向厨房、餐厅提供所需用品和设备,筹划和配备宴会等活动的餐具和物品;
