Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Contributes to guest satisfaction and safety by respecting hygiene standards and procedures.
·Cleans and maintains crockery, equipment and the kitchens.
·Ensures everything is tidy during the washing process and in storage.
·To assistant Manage the inventory of washing-up products and when stocks are expected to run out.
·Responsible for providing the necessary supplies and equipment to the kitchen and dining area, and planning and equipping the tableware and items for events such as banquets.
·通过尊重卫生标准和程序来提高客人的满意度和安全性;
·清洗和维护保养厨房设备;
·确保在洗涤和储存过程中保持厨房整洁;
·协助管事部经理管理库存的洗涤产品,当产品快用尽的时候及时报告 ;
·负责向厨房、餐厅提供所需用品和设备,筹划和配备宴会等活动的餐具和物品。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
·2 years in industry experience, minimum 1 years as Asst. Chief Steward.
·Experience in similar size/style of hotel 5*, 6* resort/business.
·大专或酒店或相关领域;
·具有2年工作经验,至少要有1年的管事部副经理工作经验;
·具有五星级及以上酒店、度假酒店、商务型酒店的工作经验。
