Primary Responsibilities 主要职责

Participating in the effective management of raw materials.
Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery.
Assist pastry chef with the preparation presentation and storage of pastry.

Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking.
Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel.
Acknowledged managerial skills.
Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
高中学历，或正规糕点烘焙学校学习；
至少2到4年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验；
具有相关管理技能；
了解，熟悉HACCP知识。
