Security CCTV Clerk 监控员

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Handle every alarm signal form fire control center systems. Finish every standard procedure within the time stipulated.
· Responsible for regular maintenance and equipment operation check of fire systems and CCTV systems. Timely report, if the equipment’s broken down.
· Should any unusual incident happened, report to the supervisor or security captain. Also, ask for help from the nearby security guard.
· Know well the distribution of the hotel fire equipment, maintaining, checking regularly, always be on the alert.
· Record the daily job hand-over.
· 认真处理消防、监控中心各系统设备发出的每一个报警信号，并在规定的时间内按标准完成各项消警或接报警程序的操作。
· 做好消防系统及监控系统设备的正常测试日常保养工作，发现设备故障及时报修和报告。
· 对当值期间发现的异常情况要及时上报主管或保安领班，并通知临近岗位保安员进行协防。
· 熟悉酒店消防器材分布点，定期做好保养、检测工作，已保持戒备状态。
· 做好每天的交接班情况记录。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Intermediate Certificate for Fire Facility Operator (Fire Facility Monitoring Operation)
· 必须持有消防设施操作员中级证（消防设施监控操作证）。
