Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Responsible for daily inspection, preventive maintenance, emergency repair and contingency support of the hotel’s high-voltage power supply & distribution system and low-voltage intelligent system. Implement electrical safety regulations, respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas, and ensure stable operation of hotel power, security, communication and building automation systems.
· Responsible for daily inspection, operation logging and periodic maintenance of high & low voltage power distribution rooms, distribution cabinets, cable circuits, lighting and power circuits, emergency generators and emergency lighting systems. Timely identify safety hazards such as cable aging, overheating and electric leakage.
· Handle power emergencies including power outage, short circuit and tripping faults, implement safety power-off operation procedures to ensure personal safety and hotel property security.
· Regularly calibrate electrical safety devices, coordinate with power authority for annual inspections, and maintain complete distribution equipment ledgers and maintenance records.
· Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance for security monitoring, access control, public address/background music, cable TV, guest room telephone, structured cabling and fire alarm linkage systems.
· Carry out equipment inspection and repair, circuit testing and terminal debugging for cameras, access card readers, network panels, broadcast power amplifiers, guest room control panels and other low-voltage devices.
· Coordinate between the hotel and power bureau to ensure smooth execution of power transfer, annual inspection and equipment calibration.
· Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habits following Accor Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.
负责酒店强电供配电系统与弱电智能化系统的日常巡检、预防性保养、故障抢修、应急保障；落实电气安全规范，响应客房、公共区域、后台区域报修，保障酒店电力、安防、通讯、楼宇自控系统稳定运行。
负责高低压配电房、配电柜、电缆线路、照明、动力回路、应急发电机、应急照明、日常巡检、运行记录与定期保养，及时发现线路老化、发热、漏电等安全隐患。
处理停电、短路、跳闸等电力突发事件，执行停电安全作业，保障人身与酒店财产安全。
定期校验电气安全装置，配合电力部门年检，留存配电设备台账、维保记录。
安防监控、门禁、公共广播 / 背景音乐、有线电视、客房电话、综合布线、消防报警联动系统的巡检、故障排查与维护。
摄像头、门禁读卡器、网络面板、广播功放、客房控制面板等设备检修、线路测试、点位调试。
做好酒店和电业局的协调工作，保证酒店电力转换，年检和设备检定工作。
遵循雅高酒店集团健康、安全和环境政策，来养成使用安全操作手册和实践安全工作的习惯。减少对环境的影响和防止污染。
Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验：
Possess extensive hands-on experience in hotel low-voltage system operation and maintenance, capable of independently conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, point commissioning, cable testing, equipment repair and emergency troubleshooting for various low-voltage systems.
·Good knowledge and hand on skills of electrical system operation, repair and maintenance.
·Knowledge and hand on skill of re-winding of electrical motor.
·Technical vocational institute training in general electrical systems repairs & maintenance.
·Min2 years working experience in electrical system preferably with hospitality industry.
·Holder of High & Low Voltage Electrician Certificates.
拥有丰富的酒店现场弱电运维经验，可独立完成各弱电系统日常巡检、预防性保养、点位调试、线路测试、设备检修与故障抢修。
良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。
具有电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力。
正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。
至少2年在酒店做电工的工作经验。
持有高/低压电工证。
