· Familiar with hotel services/products knowledge and Ritz-Carlton Culture.

· Assist in making sure all training setup are in place before starts.

· Manage learning room usage; maintain cleanliness, facilities.

· Ensure daily CTQ is complete in a timely manner and accurately.

· Employee ID card, name tag and distribution.
员工卡及名牌的发放。
· Record learning attendance into system.
在系统里输入培训记录。
· Key in training hours and assist to complete monthly learning hours report.
录入培训小时数并且协助完成月度培训小时报表。
· Assist to organize employee activities.
协助组织员工活动。
· Conduct Ritz-Carlton training classes assigned by learning manager.
教授由培训经理指定的丽思卡尔顿培训课程。
· Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
完成委派的相关工作任务。
