Supervise inspect guestrooms of responsibilities, according to the hotel standard strictly. Ensure the cleanliness and the equipment are all in good order.

Inspect all out of rooms immediately, change the condition and make sure the front-office can loan.
立即检查所有房间，确保前厅可以随时售卖
Response the training of employee and conduct them.、
对员工进行培训并指导员工培训。
Ensure staff work according to the procedures.
确保员工按程序工作。
Inspect fix program and repair it immediately. Follow up the procedures.
检查固定工程并立即修复。跟进工程问题。
Supervise the guest supplies, ensure the guest supplies are in good order.
监督客人用品，确保客人用品供应良好。
Coordinate with the Engineering Apartment, arrange the maintain of the room.
与工程部协调，安排房间维护。
Note down the unusual thing to the log-book, shift the work to the next workers if it undone.
客人遇到的问题及时记录，如果有必要，转移到下一个班次。
Ensure that the housekeeping cleaning plan is implemented
确保客房部计划卫生的落实。
Ensure that the personnel in charge of the lock carry out “Do Not Disturb”” Lost & Found” “Key management” and other procedures.
确保锁管辖的人员执行“请勿打扰”“遗留物处理”“钥匙管理”等各项程序的执行。
