Supports the development of menus in cooperation with the Chinese Executive Chef and in line with the Concepts as provided by the Executive Chef, Banquet Menu Guidelines, Club Guidelines. He shares and communicates changes and adjustments on the different menus with his team and gives training to his team and those interested in learning from him.
