Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
Oversee and direct all aspects of the guest experience function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to all guests, under the general direction of the team and within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures. Responsible for overseeing each guest’s arrival and departure experience, all foreign currencies exchange and assisting with inquiries.

Requirements 任职资格:
1.University Bachelor Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2.Ability to use Front Office computer systems.
能够使用前厅部的电脑系统。
3.Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
4.Ability to work independently and as a team.
能够独立工作和团队合作。
5.Presentable appearance and fluent oral and written Mandarin & English are needed.
仪表得体,中英文口语及书面流利。
Experiences 经验要求:
Internship or work experience in Front Desk is preferred.
有前台实习或工作经验优先。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 国内管理公司经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-熟练,中国普通话-精通
- 计算机能力:熟练
