Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
Select, buy, store, sell, and serve wines. Ensure that guests are able to find a wine that fits their tastes and complements their food. Work with the kitchen to find suitable wines to pair with dishes on the menu. Work out on the floor of the restaurant, helping customers to decide the exact wine that best meets their needs.
选择、购买、储存、销售和供应葡萄酒。确保客人能找到适合自己口味、与食物相得益彰的葡萄酒。与厨房合作,寻找适合搭配菜单上菜品的葡萄酒。在餐厅现场工作,帮助顾客选择最符合其需求的葡萄酒。
1. Train front of house about wine / wine matching. Make sure all service staff knows which wines to recommend to each dish of the menu.
对一线服务人员进行葡萄酒/葡萄酒搭配方面的培训。确保所有服务人员都知道为菜单上的每道菜推荐哪种葡萄酒。
2. Carry out monthly stock control, inventory. Update continuously all stock forms.
每月进行库存控制和盘点。持续更新所有库存表格。
3. Maintain and update wine and all other beverage lists. Ensure wines off critical age get sold.
维护并更新葡萄酒和所有其他饮品清单。确保临期葡萄酒被销售。
4. Establish sommelier recommendation. Check pricing is up to date.
建立侍酒师推荐清单。检查定价是否及时最新。
Requirements 任职资格:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
优秀的中英文书写和口头沟通能力。
Experiences 经验要求:
Minimum three years of food & beverage in a similar position in a well-established hotel.
至少3年以上豪华酒店餐饮相关岗位的工作经验。
