Public Area Team Leader 公共区域主管

Job Duties (including but not limited to):
主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1. Ensure a clean, comfortable, well maintained and welcoming environment for the public areas.
确保一个干净、舒适、贴心的公共区域环境，并能很好的保持下去。
2. Ensure the cleaning supply maintained par stock level.
确保清洁品的供应保持在平均库存水平之上。
3. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly in line with local health and safety standard.
确保所有的清洁设施设备根据健康安全标准正确使用。
4. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
掌握完整的部门知识，并遵守部门所有的政策、服务程序和标准。
5. Assure that all new employees are given the correct training and oversee their progress, documenting same per company policy.
确保所有的新员工都能得到正确的培训并监督其是否在工作中得到正确的运用并根据酒店要求做好培训记录，存档。
Qualifications:
任职资格：
1. High school diploma.
高中毕业。
2. Knowledge on use of cleaning agents.
具有熟练的清洁剂的使用知识。
3. Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
具有一定的化学用品处理和安全使用的知识。
Experience:
经验要求：
Minimum one year’s experience as a cleaner/houseman in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
至少一年在五星级酒店从事保洁清理工作。
