Job Duties (including but not limited to)
Helping the Director of Events for the overall Event Sales and Events operations, which include the planning, directing and implementation of Events strategies towards maximizing potential revenues and yield. They are also responsible to assist all staff for the MICE group implantation post contract signature.
1. Assist with help to direct and manage all Events/ Events sales and operations activities.
2. Assist with Development of promotional strategies and market plans.
3. Assist with Professionalism & Customer Relations.
4. Assist with Financial Management.
5. Assist with Human Resource Management.
6. Assist with Associate Performance Management Review (PMP)
Requirements
1. Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
2. Ability to use Sales and Front Office computer systems.
3. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales.
4. Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
5. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
6. Good computer skills with minimum requirement in use of Microsoft Windows XP or higher, Microsoft Office 2003 or higher, Internet and other popular software.
7. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as a team.
Experiences
Min. 5 years experiences in similar sales capacity with international chain hotels.
