Foreman-Electrician 工程部主管-强电

Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the hotel; ensuring the normal operation of the equipment; minimizing the equipment's failure rate; organizing team members to maintain all equipment; to formulate and implement energy management and preventive maintenance work; ensuring the effective and economic operation of his section in accordance with the standards of the department.

1. To report to his superiors all deficiencies in equipment operation and defects within the area of his responsibility noted in the course of his duty.

2. Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements 任职资格：
1. Education: Diploma or above.
大专以上文化程度。
2. General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Experiences 经验要求：
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Electrician.
