Job Summary
To assist and support the Director of Front Services in the seamless running of the department during the night in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability.

Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures. Coordinates with all departments in the hotel
为各部门提供多方位支持,遵循当地政策和酒店程序与酒店客人及周边社区成员保持良好的关系,协调酒店各部门的工作。
Experience
1. University bachelor's degree or above, excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.
大学本科及以上学历,优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
2. Maintains and implements effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
3. Ability to use related computer systems, familiar with Opera System.
能够使用相关的计算机系统,熟练操作Opera系统。
4. Result-driven with good ability in problem solving.
结果导向,拥有较好的问题解决能力。
5. Min. 2 years experiences in similar capacity with luxury or international chain hotels as Night Manager or Duty Manager.
2年以上豪华或国际连锁酒店夜班经理或值班经理工作经验。
