Job Duties (including but not limited to):
1. Assists the Directorof Communications to ensure all jobs of the Communications Department arecompleted according to standards and in a timely fashion.
2. Fulfilsrequired tasks to obtain maximum results in accordance with the hotel’sobjectives and Communications directives.
3. Coordinatesand maintain good rapport with all departments concerned and Rosewood Hotels& Resorts.
4. To protectthe correct image and positioning of the hotel and Brand by meeting corporatestandards in all collateral and advertising material.
5. To helpdeveloping and follow through in public relations activities and help in theproduction of promotional materials, press kits and arrange press and mediacoverage.
Requirements:
1. University Bachelor’s Degree and above, oversea education background ispreferred.
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software.
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
6. Pro-active, can fit in the fast speed working atmosphere.
