Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
1. AssistDOSM on all relevant duties within the S&M, including but not limited to administrativesupport, communication and coordination, meeting guests, participating in internal& external events, etc.
协助销售总监完成相关工作,包括但不限于行政支持,沟通和协调,会见客人,参加内外部活动等。
2. AssistDOSM to complete the S&M plan.
协助销售总监完成S&M计划。
3. Answeringtelephone calls and replying to emails in timely and professional manner.
及时、专业地接听电话和回复邮件。
4. Communicateand work effectively with all departments.
与各部门进行有效的沟通和工作。
5. Manageadministrative duties in the department including contracts, proposals anddatabase.
负责部门的行政职责,包括合同,方案和数据库。
Requirements 任职资格:
1. University Bachelor’s Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.
优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software.
熟练使用Excel, Word,PowerPoint等行政管理软件。
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
独立工作和团队合作的能力。
6. Pro-active, can fit in the fast speed working atmosphere.
积极主动,能适应快节奏的工作氛围。
