Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
1. Responsible for assisting in theoverall management of the Housekeeping floor.
负责协助客房部楼层的整体运营管理。
2. Coordinate seasonal cleaning andmaintenance with the Assistant Director of Housekeeping and the Engineeringteam.
与客房部副总监和工程团队协调季节性清洁和维护。
3. Lead a team of Floor Team leader and Room Attendants to achieveexcellence in cleaning conditions.
领导楼层主管和客房服务员,使清洁工作达到最佳状态。
4. Monitor and control operation ofvarious sections including, but not limited to linen room, uniform room, publicareas, offices and storerooms.
监督和控制各部门的运作,包括但不限于布房、制服房、公共区域、办公室和储藏室。
5. Well arrange staff schedules andpayroll and strictly control overtime and annual leave within the respectivemonth or year.
合理安排员工排班,并严格控制加班,在规定的时间内合理完好完成年假安排。
Qualifications 任职资格:
Higher education level, proficient in Mandarin, English listening,speaking, reading and writing skills are desirable.
具有高等教育水平,普通话熟练,有英语听说读写技能为佳。
Experienced in working as a floor manager and familiar with the workcontent.
具有楼层经理工作经验,熟知工作内容。
Familiar with computer operation and office software application.
熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。
Good verbal and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
Experience 经验要求:
Minimum two years supervisory experiencein a housekeeping department for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
两年以上楼层管理经验;有豪华或超豪华酒店的客房部工作经验。
其他要求
- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-精通
- 计算机能力:良好
