SPA Team Leader / Therapist 水疗中心主管（理疗师）/ 理疗师

Job Duties (includingbut not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
Under the general direction of the SPA Managerand within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels local policies andprocedures, be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating andsupervising the SPA activities. Having a positive attitude, self-disciplinedand self-motivated is in control of all associates within the section.Extensive training experience and ability to be able to bring guests a uniqueexercise experience
接受水疗中心经理的管理并且遵守瑰丽酒店管理集团制定的政策与程序, 负责筹划，组织，协调并且监督健身中心的一切活动。保持积极地工作态度，做到自我约束自我监管并且管理水疗中心的员工。拥有丰富的培训经验以及确保可以带给每个客人可以一个非比寻常的体验。
The SPA Therapist administersprofessional massage and body treatments to our guests. Excellent communicationskills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary toeffectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
水疗中心主管（理疗师）/理疗师为客人提供专业的按摩和理疗服务。需要具备优秀的沟通技巧，能够学习产品和服务知识，有效地提供相关健康解决方案，以满足客人的需求。
Requirements 任职资格：
Must hold andmaintain a current license
必须持有相关证书
High schooldegree or above is preferred.
高中毕业或者高中毕业以上学历
Good knowledgeof Spa as well as all areas of hotel operations
良好丰富的水疗知识和酒店各部门运营知识
Effectiveinterpersonal skill
高效的跨部门沟通能力
Ability tohandle guest inquiry and complaint
处理客人投诉的能力
Ability toestablished good relationship with guest
建立良好的客户关系
GoodEnglish is preferred
英语流利者为佳
Experience 经验要求：
2 years or above experience in spa as a SPATeam Leader / therapist in a 5-Star or above hotels.
2年或2年以上五星酒店水疗中心主管（理疗师背景）或理疗师经验。
