Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1. Work collaboratively and build relationships with other departments to ensure that service standards are consistently consistent and high. Provide unparalleled service and hospitality to guests to create a great, memorable experience.
与其他部门通力合作，建立良好的关系以确保服务标准能够持续的保持一致和高标准。为客人提供绝无仅有的服务与热情，营造一段美好，值得回忆的经历。
2. Ability to deal with staff and guest issues in a timely manner, resolving all issues in an effective and professional manner, and ensuring that both guest and staff issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
能够及时的处理员工，客人之间的问题，采用有效的方式与专业的态度解决所有的问题，并且要确保不管是客人还是员工的问题得到了满意的解决。
3. Always put the guest first in front of any work.
在任何工作面前总是要把客人放在第一位。
4. Ensure that the service procedures of the department are adhered to.
确保坚持本部门的服务流程。
5. Any hazards and injuries and equipment breakage and damage required by people and assistance please inform the manager immediately. Be able to respond appropriately to any emergency at the hotel.
任何危险和伤害和设备的破损和损坏所需要的人和协助请立即告知经理。对酒店的任何紧急情况能够做出适当的反应。
Requirements 任职资格：
Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team.
