Job Duties (including but not limited to):
1. Responsible for defining, planning, andimplementing the overall digital marketing and social media strategy in Chinawith the aim to maximize the brand awareness and relevance in the digitalsphere and to boost E-COMMERCE business via digital campaign support.
2. Working in close collaboration withbrand team, retaining agency, media agency and social media company to achievethe annual KPI, he/she will have to develop and integrate strategic socialmedia/digital initiatives, including developing and managing viral campaigns,creating, and supervising high profile channel accounts, and integratinginteractive media into the overall Business Strategy.
3. Other duties will include search engineoptimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) integration, monitoring andanalysis of social media trends to evaluate the impact on the brand.
4. Develop social and KOL strategy toincrease brand online awareness and build affinity
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, degree in communications,marketing, graphics, advertising
2. Ideally both Client & Agencybackground
3. Fluent in English & Mandarin (Spoken& Written)
4. Understanding of Luxury and Consumerneeds
5. Demonstrates solid understanding of thesocial media universe
6. Strong familiarity with online marketingpractices cross categories
7. Applied analytics sensibility withproven ability to make profitable decisions based on data
Experiences:
Minimum 8 years in digital marketing /social media role, preferably inhotels or brands.
