1. Assist Director of S&M to achieve hotel’s overall sales objectives.

2. Develops strategies for forecasting and analyzing sales needs and developing effective product responses, delivery systems and methods of measuring and evaluating results.

3. Develops new and/or improved products to improve the competitiveness and maximize profitability; promotes marketing awareness and clearly communicates the marketing objectives to support the achievement of plans and sales goals.
开发新的/或改进产品,提高竞争力和利润最大化,提升营销意识,明确的传达营销目标,有效支持实现销售计划和目标
4. Implement all sales action plans
拟定相关销售计划
5. Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOSM to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.
在市场销售总监批准下制定销售拜访计划,针对存在或者潜在客户并有针对性的进行销售
6. Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition. .
根据市场变动的情况,提供想关信息包括竞争对手的趋势等。
7. Develops, implements and evaluates short-term tactics and long-range sales plans and Programmes focused on customer needs and expectations
以客户的需求及预期制定执行及评估短期计划和长期销售计划及销售方案。
8. Sales Targets: To achieve sales objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the specific sales action plan.
销售目标: 达到销售目标并保证与销售计划保持一致的高产量
9. Maintain good contact with existing customers.
与所有客户保持良好的合作关系
10. Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts
给予目标客户相关的促销计划
11. Ensure good relationship for sales activities, promotions, fam trips
与团队活动,促销,参观团等保持良好的合作关
12. Keep up with what competitors are doing in the marketplace; ensure our competitiveness at all time.
