MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要职责：
1. Have knowledge about hotel product knowledge, including Food& Beverage, Guest Room, Banquet, Health club etc. and can answer all these questions to our guests.
了解酒店产品知识，包括餐饮、客房、宴会、健身等设施，能够回答客人关于这些方面的所有问题
2. Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures as well as departmental SOP.
全面了解酒店的各项规定和程序及部门标准操作程序
3. Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them.
了解并正确组织实施应急预案
4. Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
遵守安全规定，确保酒店安全。发生事故，及时上报。遵守酒店的安全规范。负责设备操作前的安全指导工作
5. To carry out preventive maintenance work; maintenance of equipment in required; supervisory staff to make the
best performance.
开展预防维护工作；按规定维修设备；督导员工做出最佳的工作表现
6. To make the maintenance plans of the hotel. To make the monthly and annual maintenance/ training plans of the governed systems, supervision scheme implemented after approved. To make the scheduling table.
制订本酒店的设备维修、保养计划；所管辖系统对酒店的设备月度与年度的维修保养计划、培训计划；经批准后，督导员工按时保质保量、按计划完成工作；制定本班组排班表
7. Master the management of the daily operation of the system and state controlled, to correct and analysis the error immediately. To go immediately if fire, lift failures and burst water be found.
