MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Provide support to the GM in the implementation in their business units of the defined action plans, executing the tasks assigned to them, in order to optimise the operation and customer satisfaction, with supervision of their results.

Being part of the hotel's operational committee and ensuring the operational excellence of their business unit together with the GM.

Able to provide feedback to the GM on operational departments to include in the projection based on previous experience.

Participate in the implementation of Inhouse Sales / Upselling actions in the daily operations, in order to improve revenues, as well as the financial results of the hotel, with supervision of the results.

Able to support the GM and sales team on inspection visits where assistance is required to ensure the success of the same.

Support GM in coordinating the operation of all areas including Guest Experience vision in sensory architecture, music, setups, etc.
支持总经理协调所有区域的运营,包括感官建筑、音乐、布置等各方面的客人体验。
Provide support in the supervision of the lodging area (cleaning of rooms, public areas, laundry, reception , concierge and recreation).
对房务部门的管理提供支持(房间清洁,公共区域,洗衣房,前台接待,礼宾服务和康乐部等)。
Provide support in the implementation of the product standards, service and F&B attributes defined by Hotel Services, monitoring the results.
制定酒店餐饮部的出品标准、服务标准和餐饮属性,并监控结果。
Support GM and F&B in ensuring the profitability of the operational departments and maximising in-house revenues.
支持总经理和餐饮部确保盈利能力最大化和酒店内部收入最大化。
Participate in service culture and brand induction sessions for the hotel team.

Ensure customer experience and satisfaction with the loyalty programme, ensuring the delivery of benefits, based on detailed guidelines.

Ensure the implementation of sustainability projects or initiatives in the hotel.
确保可持续发展项目或倡议在酒店的实施。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel/resort operations
至少 5年以上国际酒店/度假村运营经验
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as head of department or similar
至少1-2年部门负责人或相似工作经验
Rooms or F&B background preferred
房务部或餐饮部工作背景优先
Focus on details and quality oriented
注重细节和品质
Strong management ability
较强的管理能力
Team player with positive working attitude.
团队合作精神,态度积极
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
良好英语口头表达和书写能力
