保持对竞争对手市场动向的敏感度
岗位要求:
1.5 年以上酒店销售经验,且至少 1 年同岗位(销售总监/销售副总监),国际联号五星级酒店工作经验优先
2.客户资源:手握可即时转化的本地/全国政企、MICE、商务协议客户名单
3.市场洞察:按月输出《市场/竞对/价格监测报告》并调整销售策略
4.数据驱动:熟练使用 Opera系统,对RevPAR、 conversion rate、客户贡献毛利等敏感,能按“日-周-月”拆解指标
5.全渠道操盘:同时管理客房、会议宴会、餐饮等多业态销售,熟悉OTA、TMC、GDS、抖音直播、社群裂变等玩法,并制定年度预算
6.团队领导:至少管理过5人以上销售团队,能设计阶梯提成、考核及新人培训
7.收益导向:与收益管理部联动,按“市场细分→价格梯度→升档售卖”逻辑,推动高阶房型/会议包价销售
