【Key Responsibilities】
1、Responsible for F&B outlets sales role plus coordinating cross catering/F&B groups requests
2、Knowledge of menu ingredients, F&B outlets offerings and hotel services
3、Maintain a good and professional relationship with staff, coworkers and managers
4、Conscientious, thorough, accurate, reliable with respect to attendance, break period etc
5、Ability to perform well under pressure without compromising service quality and Peninsula standards
【Job Description】
1、Strong communication with staff, guests and managers and inter-personal skills
2、Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language (other languages is a plus)
3、Service etiquette and 5 stars service standards
4、Computer literate in Word, Excel, Micros
5、Able to work different shifts and help all F&B departments when required
