7、确保持续高效的提供预订服务。
8、通过电话,邮件和传真的方式执行预订,按照指定的标准迅速、准确的输入系统。
1、Takes reservations and operates systems in accordance with hotel standards of performance.
2、Develops and maintains a high level of communication with all major sources of business and advises the Front Office Manager and Revenue Analyst to feedback where necessary.
3、Ensures all waitlisted business is recorded appropriately.
4、Ensures the Reservation Team Leader is kept informed of all developments within the department.
5、Adheres to pre-set availability and rate controls.
6、Ensures a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
7、Ensures a high level of Reservations is consistently maintained.
8、Processes all reservation requests by phone, mail or fax, and RESERVE system, promptly and accurately to established standards.
