值班工程师 (园林) Duty Engineer (Gardening)

招聘一名园林方向值班工程师
1.主管公共区域、酒店的维修、维护和工程运营，并与部门标准保持一致；
2.及时汇报所安装设备的改动变化，将损失降到到最小，并为日后的维护工作提供依据；
3.确保所有工作区域干净整洁，在进行维护、维修的时候做好周边保护工作；
4.按照工程部的管理，监督和配合所有资产的维修和维护工作；
5.确保管辖区域内的计量设备可时时计量并运转正常。
Job Description:
1.Supervises the Repair, Maintenance and Engineering Operations of the Common Areas, Hotel according to the Departmental Standards;
2.Reports on methods to modify installations to minimize waste of material and provide access for future maintenance;
3.Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties;
4.Monitors, and Coordinates all Repairs and Maintenance associated with property as requestedby Engineering Management;
5.Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
