值班工程师（强电）Duty Engineer (High Voltage)

【职位描述】
负责酒店高、低压配电系统、变压器、发电机、配电柜等设备的24小时运行监控与值班管理。 Monitor and manage the 24/7 operation of hotel’s high/low voltage distribution system, transformers, generators, and switchgears.
监督维保单位对高压设备的预防性试验（耐压试验、继保校验等），确保合规。 Supervise external contractors performing HV preventive tests (withstand voltage, relay protection calibration) to ensure compliance.
快速响应各部门的电力报修；主导突发停电、电压不稳、设备短路等紧急情况的现场处置，恢复供电后检查所有关键设备。 Respond promptly to electrical outage reports from hotel departments; Lead on-site emergency handling for sudden blackouts, voltage instability, short circuits; verify critical equipment after power restoration.
带领强电技工完成日常维修和倒班工作，合理排班、培训新员工。 Lead HV technicians in daily repairs and shift duties; schedule shifts and provide on‑the‑job training.
严格执行高压作业安全操作制度，定期检查绝缘工具、验电器、接地线等安全用具的有效性。 Enforce high‑voltage work permit and safety porcedures, regularly inspect insulating tools, voltage testers, grounding cables, and other safety gear.
与弱电、暖通、给排水等专业工程师协作解决交叉系统故障（如电梯缺相、厨房设备跳闸）。 Work with ELV, HVAC, and plumbing engineers to solve cross‑system failures (e.g., elevator phase loss, kitchen equipment trips).
【任职要求】
教育背景：电气工程、电力系统或相关专业中专/大专及以上学历。 Education – Technical secondary school or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
资格证书：必须持有 高低压电工操作证 Certificate – Obtain the high-voltage and low-voltage electrician operation certificates.
工作经验：3年以上酒店、大型物业或工厂高压值班/维修经验，至少1年带班或工程师岗位经历。 Experience – 3+ years of HV shift/repair maintenance experience in hotels, large properties, or industrial plants; at least 1 year in a lead or engineer role.
