工程部技术员（机修/强电/弱电/空调/锅炉/装修工）/ Technician(Plumber/Electrician/AV Mechanics/AC Mechanics/Boiler/Carpenter)

1.1年以上相关工作经验；
2. 持有空调制冷/强弱电/机修/电焊/管道或其他专业资格证书及操作证书；持有空调维修中级证书或以上；
3.尊重客人需求，认真对待客人的提问或投诉，热衷于满足客人期望，时刻提供专业和高水平的服务质量；
4.自信乐观，工作自觉主动、负责任；
5 愿意接受轮班工作。
Job Descriptions
1.At least 1 year similar working experience or fresh graduates who major equivalent at higher vocational colleges;
2.Has Certificated qualification or license for air conditioning, strong and feebleness electricity, equipment maintenance and repair, weld, pipes and plumbing repair or other profession; the technology certificatein air-conditioner maintenance and repair of middle level and above required;
3.Respects guest needs; takes great interest in satisfying them by taking their interests and complaints seriously; consistently delivers professional services with high quality work standards;
4.Shows self-confidence and an optimistic outlook; acts on own initiativeand takes responsibility for own work;
5.Accepts to take shift work.
