3.与宾客建立融洽关系，处理所有宾客的要求及咨询
4.与相关部门协作，协调贵宾在店内的各项活动
5.确保前厅部各个面客区域有条不紊的运作并且实现酒店品牌的承诺
Job Description:
1.Ensures that all Front Office associatesdeliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
2.Handlesall guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous andefficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolvedsatisfactorily
3.Establishes rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationshipand handle all guest requests and enquiries
4.Co-ordinatesVIP movements with relevant Departments as advised
5.Spendstime in Front Office areas to ensure that the area is managed well by therespective team and deliver the brand promise
