1、提供一站式管家服务，全程陪同关注客人。

2、制定会所的会员名册;确保满足所有的销售目标。
Make club membership directory; make sure to meet all of the sales target.
3、确保销售目标的实现。与成员和非成员进行交互，促进会所设施齐全，并参与会所活动。协助会员的管理。
To ensure the realization of the sales target. Interact with members and non-members, and promote the club house facilities, and to participate in the activities of the club. Assist the management of the member.
4、指导每一位下属的工作，分派任务并检查完成的情况。
Guide every subordinate's work, task and check to complete.
5、满足或超过每月个人及部门的销售目标。
Meet or exceed personal and department's monthly sales target.
6、了解会所业务及会所的规则和监管。
Understand the rules of the club business and regulation.
7、实现所有销售行动计划/方案的销售目标，不断发展新会员。
Implement all sales action plan/scheme of sales targets, continuous develop new members.
8、互动和循环拜访会员员和他们的客人，以鼓励成员消费和新成员销售。
Interact and loop visit members and their guests, in order to encourage members and members of the new sales.
9、同时与现有客户和潜在客户保持经常联系。
At the same time maintain frequent contact with existing customers and potential customers.
10、提供售后服务，确保认真对待所有投诉，在必要时与相关部门进行沟通。
