Primary Responsibilities主要职责
To maintain a high standard of food presentation and quality of product.Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.Participates in making food requisitions.Works in all areas of food preparation as and when directed.Ensures safe and correct use of pastry the equipment, tools and machinery.Be sure that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.Buffets decoration items and show piecesResponsible for the pastry talent hygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areasAssist with the receiving and storage of pastry goods.Assist pastry chef with the preparation presentation and storage of pastry.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Highschool.Minimum 1 year experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel.Perfectknowledge of HACCP guidelines.Pastry Professional.
高中学历,持有正规专校学习。至少1年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验。了解,熟悉HACCP知识。面点专业。
