Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Report the regular work to Banquet Manager.
·In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
·Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
·Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.
·Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
·Establish and instruct talent in cash security procedures.
·Deal with irregular payments.
·Supervise the maintenance of service equipment.
·Monitor standards of guest facilities and services.
·Control stock and monitor security procedures.
·Assist with menu and wine list creation.
·Supervise functions.
·向宴会经理汇报工作。
·当经理不在场时,负责人才的监督和管理指导,确保部门的正常运行。
·全力解决客人的投诉,并负责将所有投诉进行记录和跟进解决。
·负责监督现金操作和交接程序。
·填写部门营业收入报表。
·建立和指导人才正确处理现金程序。
·处理非日常的付款。
·监管和维护服务设备。
·监督客人设施和服务标准。
·控制库存和进行安全监督。
·协助开发新菜单和酒水单。
·监督和管理所有餐饮活动。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
·Associate degree or above
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·至少2年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·酒店管理专业毕业
·全日制大专(含)以上学历
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:22-30岁
- 语言要求:中国普通话-精通
- 计算机能力:熟练
