1, Responsible for the maintenance of the hotel's weak current system.
2, Follow up meeting, banquet lighting and acoustics equipment.
3, Assist in conducting annual Performance Appraisals providing honest and appropriate feedback.
4, Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
5, Handles guest and ambassadors enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
6, Fully understand the operation of the Engineering department, familiar with all the plants and equipment with their function, operation process, and safety aspect, be possessed of the necessary technical skill and knowledge.
1, At least 2 years related working experience
2, Valid electrician certificate and relevant skills
