Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Cleanliness and presence of guestrooms and public area.
·Accuracy in labor and cost control.
·Management of equipment proper use and maintenance.
·Prepares yearly training plan in conjunction with Executive Housekeeper.
·Organizes daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly master cleaning schedules.
·Ensures all offices, washrooms, dormitory, staff lockers, car park, gardens are kept in good condition.
·Responsible for in house window cleaning.
·Responsible for pest control in both hotel and office.
·For carpets and marble hotel maintains the rationalization proposal or feasibility plan.
·Make sure all the marbles and carpets are properly and promptly cleaned and maintained.

·确保设备的正确使用和保养。
·与行政管家一起预备年度培训计划。

·确保酒店与办公室无虫害。
·对于酒店的地毯及理石维护提出合理化建议或可行性计划。
·确保所有的大理石和地毯得到准确及时的养护。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Tertiary education
·Experience in for 5 years will be preferred have Housekeeping PA management working experience
·With Public Area management experiences
·Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
·接受过高等教育
·具有公共区域5年以上工作经验
·有公共区域管理经验
·了解电子邮件和办公软件
