Primary Responsibilities主要职责
To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues.To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested.Maintains thorough knowledge of all strength and cardiovascular equipment and their programs as well as the proper use, alignment, safety and contraindications.To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.Possess knowledge about all aspect and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are responded to with complete details.Maintains cleanliness of all types of equipment, common areas, and service areas; ensuring the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.Ensures sufficient stock of items in all service areas including towels, water, beverages, magazines, newspapers, clean headsets, and amenities.Maintains smooth operation of all equipment through periodic service checks, lubing, and reporting work orders promptlyThoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, and cash-handling policies and procedures.To ensure the opening and closing of the Health Club procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.To actively introduce guest our spa and health club membership cards.Follows Occupational Health and Safety regulations.Ensures adherence to Hotel’s Code of Ethics.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Proficient inMandarin (verbal and written) with a second or third language is an asset.Diploma ordegree in hospitality or related field is an asset.Must beflexible in terms of working hours, and able to work with little or nosupervision.Immaculatepresentation and grooming.
