Primary Responsibilities主要职责
To develop sound relationships with IT and maintenance providers.Maintain a good relationship with all departments.Answer all the questions from other department.Ensure that all preventive maintenance for the EDP equipments in the hotel is carried out timely.Properly use and keep all devices and tools of the EDP department.Administer the EDP system back up procedures.Perform any problem shooting in any EDP systems and report to manager timely.Assist other departments to train their employees in the effective use of any EDP systems.Carry out any other duties assigned by the IT manager from time to time and complete them according to the time table.Familiar with the software and hardware of system, and knows how to workout when system breakdown.Maintenance the printing system in term, solve the general problems.Backup the system in term, and marks.Knows how to deal when system breakdown.
与信息技术及系统软/硬件供应商建立良好的合作关系。与其他部门建立良好的合作关系。应答电脑使用部门提出的各种有关问题。保证酒店所有的电脑设备的定期维护及时执行。合理使用和保管电脑房的各种设备和工具。按流程做好电脑系统的数据备份。及时发现电脑系统中存在的问题并向上级汇报。帮助其他部门对其员工进行培训使之能够有效地使用电脑系统。接受电脑房经理的工作安排,在规定的时间内准确地完成。熟悉系统软件结构和硬件的配置,掌握排除一般软硬件故障的方法。定期维护保养系统打印机工作站,并处理一般故障问题。定期建立电脑系统数据备份,并注明标记。掌握在紧急状态下,系统的启动及停机处理方法。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably in both Chinese and English.A good understanding of operational controls, accounting principles and practice.Opera, Micros, Sun System, PABX System, Internet skill优秀的沟通能力,会英文者更佳对酒店运作。会计制度有良好的理解。Opera, Micros, Sun System, PABX System, Internet 技能。
