Asst. Le Bar Manager 大堂吧副经理

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· To maintain all hotel records and forms as prescribed by Sofitel hotel management and policies.
· To ensure that the Department’s Operational Budget is strictly adhered to.
· Conceives and develops products, concepts or changes which generate incremental revenue.
· Organizes cross trainings when levels of business allows or when needed.
· To ensure that the par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies are strictly adhered to, and that the outlet is adequately equipped.
· To conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
· To ensure that all beverage orders are produced according to the established recipes and procedure set for the outlet.
· To control appropriate beverage par stocks are maintained and record any spoilage and wastage.
· To handle all guest complaints, requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
· Participates in schedule training and development programs provided by the hotel to improve self and department standards.

·构想和开发产品、概念或做出变化以达到收入提高。
·在业务情况允许和或者需要时，组织交叉培训。
·确保所有的设备和用品处于严格的安全库存量，并且确保部门有足够的设备和用品的配备。
·负责每月对部门的设备和用品进行盘点。
·确保酒水的出品和服务是严格按照酒店确定的配方和程序。
·确保适当的酒水库存，维护并且记录酒水的报废和浪费。
·处理客人关于食品、酒水和服务方面的投诉、要求以及疑问。
·参与酒店安排的培训和发展计划来改善自我和部门标准。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Have more than 3 years work experiences about sales in hotel, should be engaged in basic level job.
·Have the strong ability of social campaign, adapt to changes, and judge. Mastery sales professional knowledge, can guide the subordinate work.
·Mastering the knowledge of wine and drinks sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work.
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
·具有3年以上酒店销售相关工作经验，从事过基层工作。
·具有较强的社会活动能力、应变能力及判断能力，熟悉本职工作，掌握一定销售专业知识，能引导下级人才工作。
·掌握酒水、饮料制作技能，并具有较强的实践经验，以及积极的工作态度。
·餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验。
