Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Assists the Manager in every aspect of manning and organization of the entire bar operations to the standards established by the Hotel.
·Responsible for supervising all activities of personnel engaged in preparing and serving of beverages in all beverage outlets.
·Enforces safety regulations and sanitation standards secures all storage areas for beverages.
·Controls the requisition of beverages and all supplies to maintain par stock for smooth operation.
·Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of drink list.
·Possesses working knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
·Executes the general responsibility necessary to minimize costs in operating the restaurant and achieving sales goals.
·Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.
·Carry out pre-service duties and mis-en-place.
·Ensure adequate supplies of materials, and requisition for general supplies.
·Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
· 协助经理做好整个吧台运营操作的人员配备,组织的方方面面,达到酒店制定的标准。
·负责监督所有酒水部门参与准备人员的活动和服务人员的活动。
·为保证酒水储存区的安全,需严格执行安全法规和卫生标准。
·为确保正常运作,控制好酒水的申请和领用,同时确保正常的库存。
·向员工介绍减少酒水清单的准备、服务和内容。
·掌握酒水知识。
·执行必须要的职责,将餐厅运营操作成本降到最低,实现销售目标。
·负责下订单,推销部门特色菜,按照既定的标准服务客人。
·做好服务前的岗前职责和准备工作。
·确保材料供应充足,并申请采购所需的物品。
·确保所有的设施和操作设备处于良好的工作状态。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills.
·Experienced in all aspects of beverage.
·Minimum 1-2 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a International operation environment.
·Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
·Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills.
·Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent.
·良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
·丰富的酒水经验。
·至少1-2年酒店工作经验,至少一年国际品牌酒店工作经验。
·始终保持良好和专业的形象。
·优秀的领导者和培训师,具备良好的激励和团队合作能力。
·注重细节,良好的人际交往能力,能够和不同的人才相处。
