Primary Responsibilities主要职责
• Regularly inspect the "four protection" equipment in all important parts of the hotel to ensure that the equipment is in good condition..
• Responsible for the work assignment of the talent in the department, leading the talent in the Department to do their duty to protect the lives of hotel talent and guests.
• Emphasis on internal work, organization of security work, responsible for the accumulation and scientific management of archival data.
• Presided over the regular meetings of the Department, and communicated and implemented the instructions of the higher authorities.
• Safety Education and Legal Education Centered on theft Prevention, Fire Prevention, Prevention of Natural Disasters and Other Disasters are Often Carried Out in Hotels in Various Forms.
• Maintain close cooperation with local law enforcement, judicial and other security departments to assist law enforcement agencies in detecting crimes and handling fires within the hotel.
• Complete all matters assigned by the hotel's superior leaders and government departments.

• 负责本部门人才的工作分派,带领本部门人才尽职尽责,保障酒店人才和客人的生命。
• 重视内勤工作,组织好保安工作,负责档案资料的积累和科学管理工作。
• 主持本部门的例会,传达贯彻上级指令。
• 以多种形式经常在酒店内开展以防盗、防火、防自然灾害及其他灾害等为中心的安全教育和法制教育 。
• 与当地执法部门、司法部门以及其他安全保卫部门保持密切的合作关系,在酒店范围内协助执法部门侦破违法犯罪案件和处理火灾。
• 完成酒店上级领导及政府部门交办的各项事项。

• College diploma.
• The management position of Security Department of high star hotel is more than 5 years.
• Communication skills for all levels of talent /guests, confident.
• Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions.
• Leadership skills developed – collaborative, enabling, and entrepreneurial.
• Quick response, correct judgement, and quick execution.
